Lk filed complaint against Ajio on Jan 21, 2021
Placed order on **th of January with Order ID FL*********, i received it on **th of January i saw * damaged products so i placed return request. Return ID RT******** and RT********. Both are picked up on **th of January by the same person at the same time but got acknowledgement slip only for RT********.. I called ajio customer care and called them and told the same they said that delivery person made the mistake of picking up the products he supposed to pickup only RT********. They promised me that they will investigate and provide me with refund but today i got a message saying that the product has not picked up hence the complaint case is closed. I called up the customer service and asked they said we had multiple duplicate cases open so we close the case but still we are looking for it, from backend team we have placed complaint asking the delivery person to return the product to you or to get a refund.. But i have received nothing.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
