Shadowfax meesho - Pickup completed but no updates from refunding amount from the app

Order delivered on May * at *.**.customer got wrong product so she wanted to return it.i raised a return request on May * at *.**.next day (may *) delivery person from shadowfax came and asked to return the product.they verified the product and sent OTP and they took the item but they didn't updated.due to that we didn't got refund.we lost ****/-
I called the same delivery person and he said it's my fault i will update after *dayz.i called him on May **.what should I do??
