Hi,
I ordered glass jars and got a delivery of broken jars for which I placed a return request on August *th. Till today there hasn't been a pick up. The courier person from shadowfax simply rejects the parcel saying QC failed without even coming to my house and seeing the product. From August *th daily I have been calling meesho customer service and all they say is it will be picked in * to * days and ask me to wait and give me some complaint numbers. But nothing happens. I'm calling on a daily basis and there is no solution.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
