Shadowfax meesho - Delivery boy stolen our parcel

Dear Sir/Madam,
It's a kind request to you to please help me to find out that delivery boy who made such a fraud.
I have ordered some products through meesho & payment is made online.
But while placing order i was entered wrong mobile number by mistaken. Address is right.
Delivery boy came with parcel but refused to deliver us.
When he come to know that address is right but number is wrong. He told us that I will correct your number and tomorrow I will come back and deliver your parcel to you.
But, he didn't come. Online on *th Jan he showed my parcel is delivered through OTP.
My question is how he got the OTP against parcel. If my number is wrong. I don't received any OTP or any msg.
Then how this is happened. Please do the needful.
I hope you can understand, and find out such a fraudulent delivery boy.
If we can't investigate in future he will continue with this wrong practice.
Please please do something about this.
We trust courier services but if this happened in such a way then no one will trust on delivery boys.
