Hi Team,
I had ordered a set of four T-shirts under Order ID ******, but one T-shirt was missing. I already raised a complaint for the missing item and received a refund of ₹***.
However, I had also returned two T-shirts from the same order. The return (Order ID: ******_*****, AWB: **************) has already passed the quality check and was picked up successfully by Delhivery. But I haven’t received the refund for the returned items yet.
It’s been quite some time, and I haven’t received any proper response despite multiple emails. This experience has been disappointing. I request you to process the pending refund at the earliest.
