From AMAZON, I bought Oneplus Nord *g phone(ordered on **/**/****, delivered on **/**/****) and also screen protection virtual plan(ordered on **/**/****) for the phone. The phone had physical damage when delivered(they provided a troubleshooting agent and he found the problem was true)and I applied for the return for both phone and email only virtual plan in **/**/****. I expected return pickup only for the phone because they didn't mention about plan return pickup, but they sent a third party courier(ECOM EXPRESS) team for pickup of the plan. Later I came to know that the phone was picked in the name of the virtual plan and shipped to the seller of the plan. I informed about the issue but there was no action. They told me that seller didn't receive any physical item. When I enquired in courier service and came to know that it had delivered on September *, ****, and also shipper address 'AMAZON SELLER PRIVATE LIMITED -***** No **/*, DR RAJKUMAR ROAD, *th FLOOR BRIGADE GATEWAY, BANGALORE-******'.
When I told this, they are not letting me know if the product is in the amazon warehouse and only asking proofs that phone was picked from courier service. I provided them with images taken when pickup completed from the supervisor and also his written statement. They told me to call them after five business days, when I contact them again they are asking to call after days. They are not moving forward towards the solution of the issue. They arranged the pickup for email only virtual item and now they are asking me to enquire. I need either a refund or my phone and also compensation for wasting my time and energy.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
