Tata Cliq App - Pick up didn t happen as I chose the wrong option actually the lid was broken when delivered

Hi i received a ceramic storage jar on **th Aug **** but when I opened to see the product i found that the lid which is a wooden one is broken and a piece could com out from the lid. Felt very sad as the packaging was good but the quality check was not done right. So i placed return request for the product. When the person came to pick it up he didn't do so as he mentioned that I had chosen a wrong option. Then i shared the product pics on whatsapp as suggested by customer care executive. But no solution provided as no one answers on whatsapp as only AI works. Pls help urgently.
