I booked ola cab from Dhaula Kuan to Noida extension , firstly driver made to wait and then cancelled , another can too delayed, Ola cab intially I booked at **.** pm and finally got ride at **.**
I was having some urgent package which I have to hand over my family members leaving for home Town and now for this I have to personally visit home town because my family left for Home time after waiting and beside this I suffered mental disturbance .
If we cancel ola can they charged for cancellation but if ola drivers cancel then what kind of relief ola give to rider, this is big question
