On * August **** i booking * tatkal ticket from irctc ticket was available and payment was done by phonepe upi but my ticket was not booked and phonepe debit my money and not sent to irctc merchant then I contact phonepe they said to me that if your money is not sent to irctc then your money is credited on * working days ok then i said my refund confirm but they we not sure if your payment is not sent to irctc merchant then only we sent your money to your bank account. then I contact irctc they said payment is not done.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
