Phonepe Mobile App - Phonepe Money debited from my bank account but not credited to Credit Card

I have made a payment of Rs ***** from phonepe to my CITI credit card. It has been ** days now and is still not credited to my CC. On calling Phonepe customer care they keep on repeating that they have received a confirmation that CITI has received the payment however when i contacted CITI bank with reference number given by phonepe they told in writted as attached that they have not received any payment. Considering the several complaints here regarding the same i am ***% sure Phonepe is *rd class company who never ever listen to their customers. Such crooks should be blacklisted from market as they defies the people Trust going towards cashless economy
