Hello Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about Phone and Accessories
The issue that I have experienced was: I placed an order for OnePlus * Pro (Ultramarine Blue ** GB RAM +*** GB Storage) Phone costs of Rs. **,***/- on **rd Oct **** on Amazon with Order ID:***-*******-*******. It delivered in Oct **** but due to some reasons, I made the product returned on **nd Nov **** around *:** A.M within the return time frame to a person of Amazon boy named Saif with mobile +**-********** came on Passion black color bike with plate number is ****.
On *rd Nov ****, I checked the status of the order is still declined. Instead, it has to be Returned.
In this meantime I asked him when will be my payment will get refunded he keep on saying it may be n number of days or may not get also and he had spoken with some person on a phone call which looks like a suspicious person on **nd Nov ****.
Again on *rd Nov ****, the product order status remains as declined instead of return. Then I came to know something is suspicious activity going on after the product is handed over to amazon person Saif.
Immediately I went to meet the Amazon Regional Area Incharge named Nagaraju, Incharge of Area from Alkapoor Township Near Gandhi Park, Manikonda, Hyderabad-****** on **th Oct **** to get clarity about the return product details. I met Area Incharge, complaining about our decline status, although we have handed over the phone. We came to know from Area Incharge that the Amazon Boy Saif was sick for * days and didn't turn to the office from then.
After tracking the movements of Saif the Incharge has come to confirmation that he is the person to be suspected
We along with Area Incharge tracked his Address and went to deliver the boy home.
Once we reached home we found all the statements made by Area Incharge was fake as the delivery boy Saif was in good Health and also by asking regarding the phone, Saif simply ignored and declined that Saif never came to our residence to collect the phone and even I here is Saif never saw us earlier.
This triggered us then I and Nagaraju, Incharge of Area of Alkapoor Township then We both of us immediately went to Local Police Station Narsingi area then I and Nagaraju complained about the complete details to Officers then they took up the matter on *th Oct **** and investigated the matter. Based on the facts of Home premises CCTV footage Officers came to the conclusion that amazon boy Saif is the main accused of my phone.
Saif has not only theft my Phone he has also stealed other products from different customers which costs about nearly Two Lakh Amount.
I am not only the victim of the amount **,***/- there are other victims in this scam got revealed with the help of me. I do see a lot of negligence of Incharge until we inform about the incident.
I ask Amazon should compensate me in this case. Is there anything that you can do to make up for the inconvenience this has caused me?
Thoroughly investigate the case with the digital proof on delivery man movements and refund the money of the product ASAP.
It is very difficult for me to once again buy a product from Amazon online. I have more regrets about you.
Treat it as most urgent and take stringent action on Saif including who got involved in this fraud. I believe there are a group of persons involved in this scam.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
And I have been receiving fake calls from mobile number +**-********** to my mobile ********** on **th Nov **** at **:** p.m and **:** p.m. representing your Amazon company saying the product is to be delivered even though I have not ordered. I did see anger from Saif at Police Station while interrogating him it is your responsibility to care about my life.
