Karandeep singh filed complaint against Xiaomi Mi India on Jul 31, 2020
Handset damaged by service centre while opening back cover. Handset was accepted by ASC in cosmetically good condition (as mentioned by ASC itself in job sheet). Then at time of delivery they refused the damage done by them and misbehaved with me and insulted. The complaint and proofs of damage and other supported proofs have been sent to customer care emial service.in@xiaomi.com . But no appropriate reply or action has been taken.
