my name is md quammer hassan, One ear speaker of headset is not working, company philips, model no - in-she****bk/**. i report to Ars service centre, boring road patna, to clame warranty. but service centre refused to change or repare the earphone, staff is taking very rudely and mis behave with me. even I talked with area sales manager regards this issue, but no action taken against service centre.
my request is to repair or replace my headset, and take proper action against this service centre.
claiming date - **-january-****
