Delhivery - personal package not delivered or returned

I booked a parcel to get personal belongings and electronic items to me from my friend. First Delhivery kept it in the warehouse for days, as per them it was due to operational delay, then only canceller the parcel, they first reported it as missing, then reported as found after internal audit, but still parcel return is delayed and they keep on deferring the return date citing Operational delay
