This is with regards to the loan that I had taken(loan no.: ***GPLFW******, Dated: **.**.****),at the time of taking this loan it was clearly communicated that the loan is diminishing one and the interest rate said was **% annual. But the interest rate calculated by bajaj is **.**%. I have paid * EMI and want to close the loan. I will not be able to close the loan which is calculated at **.**% as this interest was not at all communicated to me.
I will be able to pay the rest amount only on the basis of **% interest rate. I would like a solution to this issue at the earliest as bajaj team is not responding to my emails at all.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
