Vodafone Idea now VI - Permanent Sim is blocked without any notice

Dear sir / mam
My name is aalok athwani from NAWAPARA RAJIM dist Raipur (c.g ).
I m a vodafone idea Costmer since ** years.
My mobile no. Is ********** . I was using this number permanently.
THE MAIN ISSUE IS ..THIS MY NUMBER IS ALMOST UPDATED IN...ALL MY WORKING NEEDS..LIKE Gst office , Income Tax office , All Banks for OTP.
Now my work is stopped for this issue.
I have complaint Vodafone idea office NAWAPARA BRANCH AND Head office .JAI STAMBH CHOUNK raipur branch .
But there is ansewred me that this sim is showing name of another person ( name- monika gupta ) and they required of her any formalities .
While THIS NUMBER ********** IS ALREADY
LIKNED WITH MY AADHAR CARD .
SO SHOULD BE SHOW NAME my name.

So this is my complaint against the employee's of vodafone idea And company Vodafone Idea.
They Are not taking any action For activated my Sim.

So my request to The consumer forem that plz take any action against vodafone idea and plz active my Sim again.
