Bought https://www.pepperfry.com/clayton-six-seater-dining-set-in-passion-mahogany-finish-by-amberville-*******.html last November for . Order number: *********. Two chairs were damaged in transit. Instead of replacing, they gave me a credit of Rs. **,***. Now after * months, the table top has developed a big crack across. #Pepperfry is claiming since they paid Rs.**,***, the warranty is void - which BTW they claimed would not be the case (call recordings should be available). They closed the case without any notification and have resorted to giving a run around. How can they claim that the warranty is no longer valid?
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
