My online Claim Form-**C ( ***************** ) was submitted and has been approved for Rs. *****/- only. I have worked in two companies in which my Pension funds are *****/- under DLCPM********** (Interglobe solutions Pvt Ltd) and *****/- under GNGGN*********** (Webhelp India Pvt Ltd), making total of *****/-. I can see that ***** was not cleared or approved. I have submitted a grievance on EPFO and they asked me contact Gurgaon EPFO office (***********). I called them and explained everything, they have asked me to submit the new form of **C online and asked me to call them again after *-* days with a complain no *. When I called them on **, January , Wednesday ****, they assured me that they have resolved the issue and my claim would be approved in a week and there is nothing to worry about. But Today (** January) I received a message that my claim was rejected. I have did exactly as same as they have asked me to do and they even confirmed that it will be resolved then how come they reject it. I sense a total exploitation in the department.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
