I had a booked a ticket on **th September **** for a round trip from Jaipur to Pune via Travolook website. The next day I got notified that my tickets had been cancelled due to operational reasons and the refund will be initiated within *-* business days. After a considerable amount of time elapsed, I began calling the customer care and everytime they would stall the refund by giving fake assurances. I won't forget to mention how rude and unhelpful most of the employees were.
As of **th November **** I still haven't received my refund.
