Travolook - Pending of disbursal of Refund Amount due to cancellation of Flight Tickets by Travolook

ARUN KANCHANAPALLY filed complaint against Travolook on Aug 6, 2021

I have booked a ticket on *th June, **** from Hyderabad to Nagpur after completion of payment i have received a call from travolook executive stating that the flight ticket booking was not yet confirmed due to technical glitch and has informed me to book the ticket again and the refund amount for earlier ticket would reflect in your account within * days and accordingly i have booked another ticket and the same error happened. Since, then i have been following up with travolook and no response has been received it has already been two months the amount has not been refunded to me.
