I’ve ordered couple of products from AJIO but one of them is not a right fit for me. So I requested for a return pickup. And after few days I came to know that Ajio is not picking up products for return in my area. So they asked me to send it via courier. They told me that I’d get my courier amount refund but till now I haven’t got that refund and the Ajio customer care executives are ignoring my mails since * days.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
