Paytm Business - Paytm soundbox scam

I don't know what to say but I am literally frustrated and feeling tortured by the behaviour of PAYTM customer service. I was firstly misguided by their dealer who lured me to purchase their soundbox saying it will only cost Rs.*** for a single time. Later on I was charged Rs.*** for the first month so I called their dealer and he told that he was not knowing about it. He said not to use the soundbox anymore so, I stopped using it after that day. Now, after * months I got a call from Paytm saying I have a due of Rs.***. I was in shock as I didn't touched that soundbox for those six months. I called their customer support and they asked me to discuss that with their senior. I told the whole story again to the senior and he offered me a deal saying either you have to pay or you have to accept my offer. His offer was like the Rs.*** due will be removed within ** hours and I will be charged Rs.** only from next month onwards. I agreed as there was no option left. After ** hours the due was not removed so I again called customer support. That person told that it will take ** hours. Again I called after ** hours and that rude executive told that it will take another ** hours. This thing has been going since then even after ** days and I don't know what to do now. I can still see Rs.*** due even after ** days of my complain. Today is **th July so they have added another Rs.** to the same list. Now overall due has increased to Rs.***. They are not providing any reply. Instead they are just increasing the debt.
