Paytm Business - Settlement amount is not reflected in Bank

On *th November **** I received *** rupees and also **** rupees on **th November ****. These amounts have already settled down, but those amounts didn't receive in linked bank account. I try to contact via mail to resolve it its didn't happen till date.
