Paytm Business - paytm business payment settlement

I received a payment on my account from a customer but the amount is not credited to my bank account for more than ** days and there is absolutely no support or help from paytm team regarding this. The amount is not available in my wallet also and it's just blocked and absolutely no response from paytm.
