Paytm ONDC - Paytm ONDC Order Messed up

I ordered * amritsari kulcha,but only received *. I called the restaurant they said talk to the company, i tried reaching paytm ondc resolution desk but in vain.
I have provided all the details that i could but paytm is closing down the tickets without any resolution.
