Paytm ONDC - Food ordered however not received and money not refunded

I had ordered food via paytm ondc from Burger King last Sunday ie **th March.
Total amount was ***

Food was prepared and then I didn't know that the paytm ondc delivers food via third party apps like ola.
I also received message from ola money as well.
Both in paytm ondc and ola money the delivery address mentioned was completely correct.
Now first of all this is such a horrible experience that there is no way to track the delivery.. After some time the delivery person called and said that the address he has is different from mine delivery location..
Now I am not able to understand why should I be taking care of the incorrect delivery address.
I ordered via paytm paid money to paytm so the complete ownership is with paytm to ensure the delivery done.
The same i also mentioned the delivery person to check..
Finally the food (dinner) was not delivered... I was kept hungry... Customer service of paytm is worst that neither I could reach them out via phone Or chat Or anything.
Then they simply cancelled the order without even asking me.
Upon raising a ticket they said that I have provided them a wrong delivery address and that they won't refund the money even.
I have never seen such cheaters.
I have even raised support tickets, emailed them but they haven't checked neither reverted back.
I have never had such an awful experience.
Paytm should not just refund me the money but also compensate for the inconvenience and trouble caused to me
