Paytm ONDC - Item not Delivered

I had placed an order with Oven Story Pizza (Dhayari, Pune) via the Paytm ONDC facility, on **-March-**** (**:** pm). Paytm said that my order will get delivered on **-March-**** (by **:** am). The ONDC has not yet Updated me regarding the status of my Order. I called the Restaurant and they told me that No Order has been placed with them. I want a full refund of my order.
