On *th Jan ****, I initiated a rent payment of Rs **,*** using my Axis credit card. The transaction appeared to be successful on the PayTm app, showing "Paid Successfully." However, despite the apparent success, the amount has not been credited to the beneficiary's UPI account even after two days.
I have diligently tried to reach out for assistance through the PayTm app, but unfortunately, the app's BOT support provided only auto-responses, which have been of no help. Additionally, the phone number [***********] provided by PayTm has an IVR system that is solely designed to address banking-related issues, redirecting customers to the app without providing a solution.
This lack of effective customer support and the apparent unresponsiveness to my issue has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. The behavior exhibited by PayTm's support system gives off a tone that is reminiscent of a scam, and this is deeply concerning.
I kindly request urgent attention to this matter and a prompt resolution. It is imperative that the Rs **,*** rent payment is credited to the beneficiary's UPI account at the earliest. I expect a thorough investigation into this issue and immediate communication regarding the steps being taken to rectify the situation.
