I had applied a coupon for Paytm cash back on a food order on *th Aug, **** which has to be available in form of a scratch card in my Paytm account within ** hours but it has been more than ** hours and scratch card yet not appearing in my Paytm account.
When I wrote to Swiggy about it, they again and again repeatedly telling me the process of claiming cash back and they are not talking on the fact that scratch card isn’t available in Paytm at all then how will claim the cash back?
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
