Paytm - Paytm bus 1)worng details of bus 2)Bus seat not provided 3)staff is so rude

I have paid for AC bus ticket but that bus not an ac bus and i didnt get a seat for for more than * hour because bus staff had no knowledge about onlune ticket tgey already sold my ticket to another peraon. All information about bus on paytm is worng. Rathore & rajpreet travel and paytm are fake. first thing is this is not a AC bus. bus staf had no knowledge about online booking so they didnt provide seat to me. paytm charged for AC bus but they didn't provide seat to me. bus timming was also **:** Am departure.worng information.I request to all people don't go for paytm bus this is fake.
