There were duplicate orders on *th September **** from my account. Order id:

I received only one order amounting Rs '****'. I have been chasing this order with the support team on a mobile app. They mention that they are not able to refund the amount and I need to check that with the Bank.
after multiple follow-ups they said I should contact support mail-id 'support@swiggy.in'. I sent all the details to their support mail id on *th Dec ****. Initially they acknowledge the mistake. There was no response after that. After multiple follow-ups they mentioned that they cannot do it. It was an error in their application that costed my money. Hence I'm eligible for the refund.
