I purchased some items on Myntra app on **th August and the total amount was Rs ****. I tried to pay with the Lazypay pay later option once but it was unsuccessful and it showed that payment was declined so I completed the order by paying through UPI and it was successful. A few days later I discovered that money was debited from my Lazypay account as well and a bill for the same was made which was due on *nd September. I contacted Lazypay customer care. They told me that the money was transferred to Myntra, so I have to pay the bill. On contacting Myntra, they said that they haven't received any transaction from Lazypay for the order. Again, I asked for refund or adjustment from Lazypay but to no avail. They did not have any clear answer. Upon numerous calls, they said that they will track the transaction and a refund will be made but they cannot provide any date or duration within which I can expect my refund. They have ambiguous answers and no assurance from their side. Please help me get a refund from Lazypay.
