Novaplay - Payment Taken purchase not provided

I made a payment on online gaming app Steam using Nova Play the amount has been debited from my account and not submitted to the online website. Steam says they have not received any payments from Nova Play. I have tried to contact Nova Play several times with no answer. Please can you take a look into this.
