Kritik filed complaint against Novaplay on Aug 20, 2024
I made a payment of **** INR from my Mobikwik Wallet to Steam to buy online commodities via Novaplay. Now the Wallet Support says that they marked that transaction successful from their end to "Novaplay.in" but Steam Support says that the amount has not arrived on their end and they have marked the transaction failed.
Hence, my money is held allegedly by Novaplay, kindly let when is it supposed to return. I have already spent a whole day in the blame games of steam and mobikwik and both are holding Novaplay accountable.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
