I had bookes the flight from Goibibo and they had booked the flight and taken the payment of Rs. ****/-. After some time they messaged me saying that they had cancelled the booking as fare has increased and they will refund my money after *-* days. My question to goibibo is that why they have not shown or charged increased fare prior taking my payment? How they can cancel the booking by their own? When we cancel any booking they charge so high penality with us and now how they will be penalized? I am a pregnant lady and had booked the flight for medical purpose and goibibo is harassing me during this crucial stage.They have blocked my money for *-* days..how will able to book my next flight when my money is blocked by them.This is unprofessional way of goibibo.They have to resume my same booking.
