Nov *, ****, Hyderabad. Ola Auto from Saidabad to Banjara Hills. It costed ₹*** which was paid through Ola postpaid. But the driver demanded cash. Persuation failed and I paid cash as I was rushing for a meeting. Ola app did not accept real time complain through Ola app. Since then a lot of mails and calls entertained but not solution.
Also, I have availed services from Ola that was paid through postpaid. As there is no option of partial payment of I am unable to.pay the same which I desperately want to.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
