Netplus Broadband Plans In Punjab - Payment regarding issue with netplus broadband jalandhar

NETPLUS Broadband punjab , one of the worst service provider in my terms , I got new internet connection from them * - * months ago , internet doesn’t work properly i called their customer care many time but those guys are useless they always read a script sir we will solve this issue soon but that moment doest come when they visit , secondly there service providers i.e local cable operator name Rk cable collecting money from me time to time as a internet bill but those guy’s dont updating my bill i came to know this when I opened my mail and i got email from netplus that your bill has not been updated pay it asap ! I checked my account my * months bill was pending but i had paid it all time to time to local operators i have all slip reciepts , when i call them that why you are not updating my bill they told me don’t worry your internet is working na keep using it , then i called their customer care and taught them whole incident but after listening all they told me please you inform your local operator to make payment to us like dude wtf man he is unknown to me you guys give him you internet franchise then why you don’t you sought out your self , then i mailed customer support will all reciepts in hope they will help but nothing happen at last now from one and half week my internet is not working after **-** calls and all this i came to a decision that i want to change my operator and close my this account and get new connection from same company but from another operator, but now company not providing me internet connection proving me as a default customer who had not paid bill . Now im total frustrated what to do , in my area there are only these guys who provide internet fiber connection if i had another option i will switch to another company . Now i want a complaint against a company and that local cable provider .
