My name is Ashmita I wanted to have a Broadband connection of netplus. I received a call from the company and they told me if I charge for * months I will not have installation charges, But the local operator whose name is disha is taking **** as security and denied that there is no pack of * months and I have to pay rupees **** as installation charges, that means total I have to pay **** for the net connection . Also I called the zonal office Ludhiana and he gave me a number of local operators but that number is not working... With such behaviour of your local operator it is difficult to get a connection. Kindly help me with the same as I want to get a wifi connection but paying the price that company charges not the charges that will go in the pocket of local operators
