My id is **********. I paid gross amount **** for * months on ** may ****. But connection is inactive by netplus before expiry of the period and their website show plan expired As My plan benefit of * month is left. Whenever i call they just generate a ticket and said backhand team will reach you but does not elaborate why my account status in inactive by them and their team never reach. I humbly request to active my account as soon as possible.
