Mene Amazon side se Generic Home Gym Combo, ** Kg ka oder kiya tha. Mene debit card se payment kiya tha. Per muje uski delivery nahi mili hai. Or iski mene amazon customer care ko complaint bhi kiya huva hai. Unhone muje koi solution nahi diya hai or mene payment refund ke liye bhi comlaint kiya hai. Amazon company ne reply me muje sirf Rs. ***/- ka **.**.** ko refund ka transaction kiya tha jisme payment received ki date **.**.** diya gaya tha. Per aj **.**.** ho gaya he per mere diye gaye account me refund nhi aya hai jiske liye mene apne bank me or customer care number pe bhi call karke pata kiya. Jo refrance number amazon company ki taraf se diya gaya tha us transaction se kisi bhi prakar ka payment nahi aya hai ye bank ki taraf se muje bataya gaya hai. Iske liye mene jab vapas amazon company se bat kiya to unka kahna hai ki hamari taraf se apko payment ho gaya hai ap apne bank me pata kijiye. Mene jab unko bola ke mene pata kar liya hai tab bhi vo yahi kahte rahe ki hum ab refund nhi karenge. Jab mene unse kaha ke baki ka *** Rs. ka refund kab karoge to unhone muje mana kar diya hai ki uska koi update nhi he humare pass or na kisi prakar ki jankari. Mai apse nivedan karta hun ki please ap meri complaint ko resolve kare or amazon company se mere payment vapas refund karvaye.
