I paid the amount two times in Smart Point because they told that they haven't received amount in first transaction. The incident wqs on *th February. But the amount was debited from my account. I have followed up multiple times but still no resolution. Every time they say that you will get refund in some working days.
I tried finding proper escalation matrix and emails / phone numbers, but didn't get any response. Reliance is known for its poor service.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
