Reliance Smart Point - Money got deducted but not refunded Its been 40 days

Purchased Goods worth INR *** rupees and paid with my credit card. money got deducted and they generated a half receipt with transaction reference number. but their system hanged and restarted and told me to pay again with cash and the deducted money will be refunded. but its been **+ days money didnt get refunded. contacted store, they said they mailed to their superior, they can do anything more than that. Please help.
