while billing after payment there system got hang and unable to procced further to get bill so they restarted there machine and asked me to pay again and told they will refund my money after dropping mail to company but till now dint receive my money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
