Cars 24 - Payment outstanding

Actually i purchased a car xuv *** W* on **th december from The Grand Venice mall branch of cars** now my concern is that i had some problem in the car so i contacted CARS** complaint helpline and they suggested me to visit zaira motors and i came here and they checked the car fully and the person here namely Mr. Pankaj told me that all problems is in the suspension and the total estimate is rs *****...But as i am checking the report of the car it shows suspension is okay and after that i went to mahindra showroom for the company check up and they told me that car is accidental and it will cost me around * lacs because there were no airbags present in the car and this means that CARS** compromised my life with this okay so moving on at last i sent my car back to them and asked for refund and i recieved the rest of the money is still with them they are not even responding now like before executives in CARS** are saying that they gonna call us after ** mins and not responding you back until you will call them still they won’t respond this is like hell and CARS** is a trusted company such abad joke at last i want my money back that’s it no more time frames now period even i want the penalty from CARS** now no matter what i want penalty now and I’ll attach everything to show you guys the real face of CARS**…Thank you
