I am frustrated by the service of PayPal and yatra.com. I have been done complaint to yatra and PayPal also much time but every time I have got a mail and solution is zero. I have seen many emails both of them. But nobody responded to me. I have been saying to both last one month by mail and by phone but I feel poor. I was trying to book an air ticket by yatra.com and payment mode was PayPal. My five transactions were failed but the amount has been deducted then I have done successful transaction by Goibibo. The date was ** May **** then after this I have done many complaints but still my refund is pending only one transaction amount which is **** has been refunded.
Kindly request to you please help to refund me all amount as soon as possible. I have attached all the required documents.
