I had made online order on **-**-**** through swiggy food app and made payment of Rs.***/- through my debit card but the order was not confirmed by swiggy. After one I had made conversation with swiggy customer care executive and swiggy assured me that payment will be credited within *-* working days but till date I have not received any refund payment from swiggy. The payment debit SMS received from our bank is as under: "ECOM txn of Rs. *** was made on your account ending with XXX**** on **/**/** **:** at SWIGGY. Now the clear balance is INR ******.** If txn not done by you, call ***********".
It is, therefore requested to take appropriate action against swiggy for illegal misappropriation of money of the customer.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
