I have bought a US POLO jacket from Myntra on *th Dec'** & returned it back next day itself. On **th Dec'**, my amount was showing transfered in Myntra app with a reference no given to it. Since then till today **th Dec'**, I am following up with Bank & Myntra there is no payment updated in my account. Myntra only gives reference no which bank is not able to locate while they say no to ** digit transaction no. which bank as me evertime i call them for follow up. Its very frustrating task to follow up day in & day out with no response coming from any end. Please suggest a solution or help me to solve this issue.
