Summary
Ibis Fab delivered only one saree when two sarees were ordered
The first saree was delivered on Feb *, ****, Friday. This is in reference to order ID LB ****-***** with shipment number ********.
We received one saree worth Rs.****.
However, the bill details on the shipment packet wrongly mention a quantity of * items for Rs. ****.
Once again, a quantity of two items were mentioned on the shipment but only * saree is inside the packet.
We are waiting for the other saree that we purchased through PayTM on January ** **** night.
Complaints against Ibis Fab:
*. Despite repeated requests Ibis Fab has not delivered the other saree.
*. The phone contact on Ibis Fab is not active: This phone is mentioned but it is always switched off **********
*. Only e-mail account works but no clear contact information is supplied with the e-mail responses.
*. Very short messages are given in the mail response that don't address the issue raised.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
