I had booked Air tickets with Indigo Airlines through 'Yatra. com' on Sat, Oct **, **** at **:** AM.
The details of the tickets:
* tickets from Madurai to Chennai for travel on **.**.**** Flight No: *E ****
* tickets from Chennai to Madurai for travel on **.**.**** Flight No: *E ****
Payment was made by my Citibank credit card ****XXXXXXXX****.
An amount of Rs. ****/- has been paid and I received acknowledgement by SMS and transaction confirmation mail from Citibank immediately.
But I have not received the Tickets or any other document from Yatra.com.
I am attaching the confirmation mail herewith.
I am not able to contact the travel agents Yatra.com through any means.
Hence I request you to kindly verify whether the amount has been transferred to M/s. Yatra Online Pv.
I would like to have the information at the earliest as I have to purchase tickets if they have not issued any.
Kindly do the needful.
