Sunandan Chatterjee filed complaint against Amazon Online Shoping on Sep 12, 2018
I bought a new phone through Amazon and I selected no cost EMI but my bank was never informed by Amazon.
When I called Amazon they said will escalate it and sent me a confirmation email as well.
After a weeks time they said I never opted for no cost EMI option.
They harrassed me for more than week saying they will take care of it.
Please help me out here.
